Our Story
Growing up in a Mudgee winemaking family, Henry James’ founder Gaby inherited a couple of unique traits from her parents, Fiona & Brendan of 791 Estate: a passion for handcrafted, quality products & the love of curating good times for guests.
So when the opportunity arose for Gaby to bring the two together & create something of her own, she jumped at it. Infusing delicious, small-batch gin with Mudgee flavours, Gaby created the four core products of Henry James Distilling.
